What to Expect WhenYour Property is Inspected

The valuer will measure your home, take photos and note the age and style of your property. Fixtures and improvements externally and internally will also be noted. The inspection of a residential property would usually take up to half hour. Inspection of a building or apartments could take up to one hour.

How Long is a Valuation Valid?

A valuation report is valid for three months due to possible variation in the property market outside this time.
