Adelaide and Country Property Valuers was established in 2006 by the Principal Paul Horner and South Coast Property Valuers was incorporated within Adelaide and Country Property Valuers in 2019. SCPV offers more than 75 years real estate expertise due to the vast experience of the Principal and his staff.

SCPV offers a wide range of services and expert knowledge for residential, commercial, rural and industrial property valuations which are used by investors, lending institutions, property developers and legal firms. All valuations are conducted by a senior certified practicing valuer who is a member of the Australian Property Institute and complies valuations to their standards to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients. SCPV has endeavored to remain compact to not make clients a numbered invoice to be paid but more as a joint partnership in the valuation process.

A qualified valuer will tell you how much your property is actually worth and can also advise on the value of any property you might be considering buying, not just the vendor’s desired price.
Paul Horner has the backing of university qualifications and with 40 years’ experience he can give you peace of mind during what is possibly the biggest transaction of your life.
He has relocated his business from Adelaide to Encounter Bay.

The principal of the firm has invested in properties in the hill’s region of Nairne, Mount Barker and Strathalbyn. This hands-on knowledge has proven many times to be advantage in the determination of many market values requested in areas that have a lack of sales and requires further sourcing of sale sin say similar townships.
